Check engine light?

I own a 2007 toyota tundra. The check engine light just came on after 50,000 miles. Is that normal, or does it need to be checked out?

It has to be checked out. When the MIL indicates, an error has been detected in the engine management system.

Most parts stores provides free scanning services. Let me know the EXACT trouble code and we can proceed from there.
