Was stopped at a red light, tried to to pull out from red light, clutch pedal was stuck on floor, car is stuck in gear, can physically raise clutch pedal, is the problem the master cylinder for clutch or is the clutch out?

If it stuck to floor I'd say it would be the clutch because if you let off the pressure from pedal the pressure plate would force the release bearing out. Try to shift it with engine off if it shifts then it's probably the clutch also look to see if rod on slave cylinder is fully extended.
