2007 Suzuki Forenza car engine

I went in this morning to get an oil change thinking that was the problem. But when I got there they said that they could not change the oil because my engine was " done for " and that I needed a new motor ! That sounds expensive. So where do I start now? PLEASE HELP ASAP.

Have someone else like another mechanic look at it. If you went to an oil change place don't even believe them
