Hello,
When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?
I was hooking up my amp..car was starting just fine...turn it off..came out later and it wouldnt start...I have power...lights windows radio all lights working....Im receiving the power steering error message keeping my car from starting...I might have blown a fuse not exactly sure...I was wondering since I believe nothing is mechanical wrong and no fuses are blown I checked.... ...is their any way I could reset the computer by unplugging it???
Or any other way to reset please help.....

I would recheck the fuses, check the fuses in the underhood fuse block and check the fuses at the pass side floor next to the console, this vehicle has 2 fuse blocks.also check the 60 amp EPS fuse and the ign 1 fuse.and disconnect the amp and see if it starts, could have spliced into the wrong wires.

the mega amp fuses you can just pull out and look for burn marks, they just look like a regular fuse but bigger, and the ones are j-case fuses, they have a sight glass on them you can just look throught the glass on them and see if there open,or burnt.when you check fuses I would use a test light, and I would check the eps mega fuse at the underhood fuse block at the positive cable.

So does the car ever start? It's most likely a bad ignition switch to be sure that's what it is you would have to go to shop that had a advanced scanner that could read body control module code's.If you have a B2960 and or B3033 then you need a new switch there about 50 for the part.
