2007 Proton Gen-2 Battery replacement

Just replaced battery. Upon fitment, the hazard lights will not stop flashing (unless I remove the memory fuse). Is there some sort of reset button that I need to press, or is there a specific procedure I need to follow when removing/refitting the battery?

The security system has been triggerred. You need to disarm it.

If you do not have the fob, turn ignituion switch on and at center panel, press the button with a white dot at the center.
