None of the gauges (speedometer, RPM, gas) are working?

None of the gauges (speedometer, rpm, gas) are working. Neither are my windows, radio, and sunroof. My clock resets every time the car turns on. The car turns on and runs perfectly fine. I tried plugging in an OBD code reader to the dlc. According to the instructions the code reader should turn on upon plugging in, but it doesn't. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Check your fuses in dash # f23, f2 and f4 here is a guide to help if the fuses are okay you will need to replace the instrument cluster with a rebuilt unit which you can get by searching Google or ebay.
