Gas gauge goes to "E" even after we fill it up then it calibrates after driving several miles, "service engine soon" lights up too.

Have the trouble codes retrieved and let us know the EXACT code.
A scan tool would help in diagnosing the problem as it can be used to test the fuel gauge circuit.
