2007 Nissan Altima Electrical Problem

After replacing my positive battery terminal, my door locks, windows, turn signals, etc. Do not work.

The most likely cause cause for the dead systems is blown fuses. It is common for a few fuses to blow when you reconnect a battery. That is due to the current surges from all the computer memory circuits charging up. Simply replacing the blown fuses is all that should be needed for that.

Start by checking all of them inside and under the hood. The fastest way to do that is with a test light. Turn the ignition switch on, then probe on the two tiny holes at the top of each fuse. Some will have voltage on both terminals, and some will have 0 volts on both. You're looking for any that have 12 volts on one side and 0 volts on the other.
