Yesterday I pressed on brakes and I heard a rolling type of grinding noise coming from the back. What is that noise? I did not see any thing stuck in the tires. Once I come to a complete stop. I hear a rolling almost like when you drag plastic across concrete.

It means the lining material is worn out and you should service the brakes.
