Possible Vacuum Leak

I have a 2007 Mercedes C230 and the check engine light came on reading the codes P0170 and P0173. (Fuel trim bank 1&2 malfunction.) I hear hissing under the hood and assume a vacuum leak. Any suggestions as if this is correct and possible solutions? Thank you.

Check for hoses being off or cracked. Choke cleaner works good if yo don't find a hose off, spray it around where you hear the hissing. Usually rpm will change when you find it.
