2007 Mazda CX7 loud sound when you accelerate

I'm not sure what happen but one day it just started making this loud winding sound when you press on the gas pedal than it will sound like a winding toy when its broken and you turn the nob it makes a sound something like that then the noise stops then it would come back again. I'm thinking it's the turbocharger.

It makes a loud winding sound. Now it's smoking when you start up it really has alot of smoke.

The turbo is a very common problem On the cx7, in fact they extended the warranty for the turbo up to 90,000 miles but you are past that. When replacing the turbo make sure your getting new hardware as far as new banjo bolts and feed and return lines, or you run the chance of destroying the new turbo due to carbon buildup in the lines and banjo bolts.
