Dealer said my Motor mount is leaking, I do hear a clicking.h every now and then when I reverse

On the cx7 the number 3 mount ( passenger side) is a common failure, the rubber rips and starts leaking hydraulic fluid. If you like I can walk you through an inspection to verify the problem.
