I purchased this car 3 months ago, in the last month it started to make noise. The noise is at its loudest when starting the car. It disappears when you shift the gear to neutral or parking and it happens again when moving gear to drive or reverse ( gets loud for few seconds after switching gear to D or P).
the noise almost disappear at high speed and its more noticeable when accelerating from zero or slowing down
i showed the car to few technicians and none is sure what causes that, some said its some belt some said it could be the engine mount.
please help!

Is this a ticking, rattling, squealing or knocking sounds? Knowing this would help diagnose the problem.

Thanks.

A squealing noise in that area is usually a loose belt caused by a faulty belt tensioner or a faulty or misaligned pulley (usually the idler puller or belt tensioner pulley.
However, you should visually inspect all pulleys.
