The interior lights go on

All problems started at the same time except problem #1 is not intermittent. Problem #2 is intermittent.

Problem #1: I have a problem where all the interior lights go on when the door is either unlocked (via key) or I open any door. They will stay on during the entire time I use the car. They will shut off about 20 minutes after I shut the car off.

Problem #2: Intermittently all the following problems either all work or all fail. The fob does not work, the door locks do not work (all doors), the electrical side mirrors do not work, the trunk unlock button does not work and the drivers seat will not adjust. Other than that, everything else seems to working okay.

Problem #2 occurs most of the time, however, every 3+ or so days everything will work for a few hours and then fail for an extended period of time (3+ days or so).

This happens when the lighting control module goes out but to be sure lets do a CAN scan which is the future of automotive repair you can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $50.00 here is a video to show you how.
