2007 Kia Sportage Sun visor repairs

My drivers side sun visor will not stay up it locks part way down. I have ordered the new pivot arm replacement and removed the old arm according to the TSB, but I cannot get the new one back in. How do I take the visor completely apart?

the visor should just pull off of the old pivot arm.
