My car has p0011 code cam over advance. I am trying to repair myself as I dont have many to take in the shop. Can anyone tell me where is the OCV actually located in this car.

See pic for causes it may be the cam advance on cam bad as well which if it's the cvvt bad the a pro has to install it to time it with the crank sensor. He has to use his scanner to do that.

The deviation of camshaft position from target point is evaluated during stable driving condition. The powertrain control module (PCM) accumulates this deviation for a certain period and sets a Code P0011 when the deviation is deemed too high.

Wow I thought this was stuck on my answers sorry for being late I didn't post the pic check oil control valve for junk in the screen or filter. If what I sent doesn't fix it check resistance should be above 50 ohms.
