Buttons don't work.

I have a 2007 Kia Amanti and the fuel door and trunk will not open when using the buttons for them. Both fuses are good. What is going on here?

Any luck? Did they both stop at the same time? May be the wiring got damaged some how or plugs pulled off buttons?

And yes both buttons stopped at the same time and all connections are good.

Specialized kia mechanics are few and far between. Whether any are part of this site is unknown to me. Info is hard to get by anyone other than. Time consuming. So maybe it would take paying a small amount to get a better/quicker response. I think it's refundable anyway if not what you expect.
