I have been changed stabilizing bars after changing the bars at the rough roads car is too much shaking before changing the bars Iam very comfortable in driving but now Iam not comfortable with driving by shaking of the whole body please give me the solution to solve the problem

The stabilizer bar and links, also called an anti-sway bar, can not cause shaking. All it does is reduce how much the body leans in a corner. If this shaking is a vibration, do you feel it in the steering wheel or in the seat? If you mean the ride is too rough, that is controlled by the struts and shock absorbers.

I am getting only 13 k.M /liter millage and too much block smoke coming from the silencer engine run only 80,000 k.M

That is due to an engine misfire. The black smoke from the exhaust is unburned fuel. A spark-related misfire would cause that. How long since the spark plugs and wires were replaced? Which engine do you have? You listed a 1.2L but that doesn't exist.
