Error Codes 0733 and 0734, Automatic gear box

Error Codes 0733 and 0734, Automatic gear box. 2.7ltr all soleniods have been checked all working. Clutch kit replaced. Valvles and valve body are fine. Could the problem be the TCM?

It is possible the TCM or a poor ground circuit is causing the problem. However TCM seldom produces 2 codes that are similar and I would bank it more on the ground circuit or a slip in the transmission.

The three components common to both circuits are the OD clutch, input and output sensors. How was the valve body checked?
