Ok good so your getting spark to the plugs and the starter s rotating the engine. Your problem has to be in your fuel system. Fist install the plugs and try to turn it over, then pull the plug out and see if there wet. If the plugs are dry its probably not getting fuel Replace your fuel filter and your fuel pump relay. If its fuddled its probably a coolant sensor. Let me know. Any obdII codes?

If you also think the spark seems weak you can try replacing your coil pack.

Hallo sir KTech I thank you so much for your answer. I tried the steps those told me in your answer and I found as follows :
1- there is fuel on plugs.
2- the pistons gave good pressure on (gage pressure ).
3- the coils are ok.
. Note: the engine is trying to run but it is can not.
I am asking what about injection gate as you know it has electrical fuel pedal.
Please sir can you tell me about which OBD2 kind is easy and work in with korian cars becuse almost cars in libya. Thank you again

OBD scanners are pretty easy to use and a nice tool. You just plug it in to the small port under the dash by your brake pedal and it tells you the code to look up. I got mine used pretty cheap its an Actron and you can by them at just about any auto parts store. Im not sure about the injection gate But if the car is firing and struggling to run would try to fist run the code and then rent a fuel pressure gauge from the auto parts store and test your fuel pressure. Also check your mass air flow sensor and all the others around the air box, make sure there all plugged in all the way. Dont rotate your engine too long if it doesn't start right away because it will burn up your starter

Great happy to hear that! To your question of the code not popping up sorry to say im not quite sure. Generally it would throw a code if was sensing a clogged catalyst, but I do not know why I did not in your case.
