I filled diesel in my CRV and was on the motorway when my PGMFI light came on (prior to which I felt a slight jerk) and the car lost speed and stopped. I switched off engine (as per car manual advise) and restarted and drove and had no problem after that. I drove 200km without a problem.
Do I need to get this checked? Or just treat it as a freak problem. Have never had this problem or any other problem with engine before.
Advise will be appreciated.

Have it scanned for codes at least to see if they can get anything out of it. It may be minor thing but good to get it checked if it set a sensor off it will give you an area to look for a problem.
