Broke plastic panel under car?

The problem is my fault so I'm not sure if my warranty will cover it for me. I would just like an idea of how much it would cost to get it fixed. My Honda hangs low so I think I scraped it over a parking barrier at one point and as a result I have a plastic panel under the car that's broken. It keeps dirt from being thrown up on the bottom of the radiator. It is just behind the front bumper.

Yep, this happens all the time, you need to use large washers to help reattach the engine under cover, Raise the car in the front to help do the repair this guide can help.
