Essential Required Service for Honda Accord EXL-V6, Transmission Fluid Flush

Hi , I own a 2007 Honda Accord EXL-V6 (first owner) with 39K miles. Until now I have changed tires, tire rotation and oil change with filter at recommended intervals.
I need to understand the required services that I need to do to keep my car healthy and maintain well. Not sure to trust my Honda mechanic as they tend to over sell the needed services . hence I need advice.

PS: i do not see or feel any issues with the car drive and hence need to make sure what needs to be done

The owners manual should have a maintenance schedule for the recommended services and what needs to be replaced and when. Apart from that, only the person handling the job would know what to repair or replace as some components are recommended to be checked and replaced only when necessary.
