Do you have to have the throttle bottle sensor scaned into computer of the 07 mustang

If you mean flashed after replacement, no. You clear the code and go. If the light is still on from this, the pedal sensor and module may have to be replaced.

My 07 mustang has no throttle response after cleaning throttle body, I have replaced the throttle body motor and I still get no response I have no clue what it is can you help. I figure maybe its the TPS or the peddle sensor in it.

Try removing the battery cable and installing it to re boot.

I have tried that several time it doesnt work. When I push the gas it does nothing it doesnt respond I have been trying to figure it out since sunday.

You need help here to verify the pedal sensor failure. A shop with a scan tool can see if it is working to verify which part has failed. The sensor on the pedal is around 550 and the throttle body is around 600-700.
