I have an electrical issue

I have an electrical issue. I have taken my car to a mechanic but he was unable to find the issue. My windows, doors, radio, dvd system and interior light do not work. All other elecrical functions work( head lights, brake lights, power seats, side mirrors and odometer). The mechanic hooked up his sensor dector to the car and everything turned on. We started to drive home and the windows, doors, radio, dvd system and interior light turned off. What could be the issue?

They checked the fuses and at first one blew but when they checked it again and drove it they said it was ok. When they checked the sensors from the car they said everything was normal. So we drove it home at first window, radio and lights worked but now they stopped working as soon as we got home.

Fuse blew again. Fuses blow for a reason, if you do not find the reason it will continue to blow. Have a shop check this for you.
