You will have to run a scan and read the fault code/s post the codes for further assistance.

I have had 3 diagonistics done and no code/s are coming up. It is saying nothing is wrong?

The ECU itself may be at fault, do you have any symptoms showing regarding engine transmission brake problems?

I would have to check that out, what you can do if you do have access to a scanner is to induce a known fault to check the code gathering capacity of the ECU, unplug the TPI sensor or any for that matter crank it over, do a scan and see if it has pick up that fault, if not the ECU may well be faulty.

I suspect what you are seeing may be the low tire pressure light. Check the tire pressures first and then check your owner's manual to see if there is a reset procedure for the light.

I phoned an engineer at kwick fit and he said there would be no sensor near my tyres to let me klnow there is low tyre pressure? I have a ford fiesta zetec 2007? Is this the case?

That vehicle is not sold in the US but every Ford vehicle that is sold here is required to have that system. Again, look at your owners manual.
