07 thru 09 5.4 Liter Ford Motors

Have there been spark plug blowouts or any other major problems with these years of motors? I read that problem was fixed after 04, but 05 @ 06 sometimes had problems, when if came time to replace plugs the threads may break off at the head when removing. Is any of this true?
Looking to buy used 07 with 62k on it or an 09 with 30k

All the spark plug blowouts were caused by not torquing the spark plugs properly so the cure they refer to is just educating everyone to tighten the plug properly. The engine is designed the same.
As you can see in the TSB heading that was issued in 07, they are reffing to engines through 08.
