2007 Dodge Charger cracked radiator

I took my car into the dealer for a radiator flush, that same week a light came up on my dash, I took back to the dealer and they said they didn't blurp it? So I am asking can this cause the radiator to crack? Because now two weeks after the flush it is cracked, and they want to charge over $1,000, to fix it?

The new radiators have plastic tanks and they crack all the time when they get some age to them I wouldnt see them not burping it to crack the tank. Sounds like the coolant got low shortly after you picked it from the flush and and they took care of it.
