How do I lower the gas tank in order to get to the feul jet pump?

Gascap and engine light on. I've read a lot of postings the it might be the plastic elbow is loose or broken. I want to get to it so I could see if that's the case. Also, is this something that I could do on my own and what tools do I need to have in order to drop the tank?

I've already had this reset about 3 times already and bought a new gascap and it;s still there. I've had a lot of suggestions and complaints about this elbow joint tube that's getting loose or broken off of the jet pump. I was told where it's located but I need to know how I could lower the tank and what tools I need to do so.

The auto technicians all said that it's the EVAP error code p045 or something like that can't remember exactly.

What is the exact Evap code? Reset 3x but still coming back-something is wrong might not be the elbow joint-About dropping the tank-no reference is to how-you just have to figure it out-sorry
