2007 Chrysler Pacifica car won't start

When I try to start my car, the dash lights up, radio works etc, but when I try to turn the engine over, nothing happens. There are no sounds. There is no clicking. I have messed with it quite a bit and have gotten it to start a couple times and when it does, it turns right over with no problems.

Check starter relay for corrosion otherwise have a pro scan it for a tpim module problem.

I have a similar issue with my 2007 Touring, when I turn the key the starter takes up to 5-10 secs to start the engine. If I shut it off and turn the key again, it starts up right away.
