2007 Chrysler Aspen fuel

My 2007 Chrysler aspen won't accept a drop of fuel and I'm sure it's on empty I know my wife I've never ran into this problem before can you give me a little advice on where and how to begin to find the solution. Thanks.

For fuel to enter the tank, air has to escape. For that reason, there is a breather that allows air to escape. Most of these have a smaller tube attached to the side of the filler tube. Check to see if it has been damaged or plugged. NOTE: You will need to be under the vehicle to see it.
