why no heat on my chrysler 300 thermostat has been replaced lower radiator hose is ice cold when engine is at normal operating temp. engine runs at same temperature as always

how recently where the thermostat and hose replaced?where they replaced due to the no heat issue?was the system bleed after thermostat and hose replacement?sounds like you either have air in the system or a blockage.
