OnStar diagnostics do not show any problems and the vehicle runs fine. Is there a fuse or light I can replace to fix this issue?

Hello,

This sounds like a faulty display. Likely it has burnt circuits for the display and that is why it is not showing anything.
Typically, this does not impact the way the disc plays its just you won't know any details.

In order to fix this, you will have to replace the radio unit. There might be some repair services available that could fix just the display, which will require the radio to be take apart and fix whatever circuit that could be at fault.

Here is a helpful video:

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
