You need to pull the code. It could be either the throttle body or the pedal sensor failing. Both are not cheap parts. Better to diag correctly and replace the needed part instead of guessing

Reduced Power Code P0120, P0220, P1516, P1518
If while cranking I get a 1 second stutter I get the above codes but if the cranking continues normally it then starts and runs fine.
