What would cause no power to windows, radio and no start

We changed out the pressure plate, put all relays back, everyhting is intact, however there is no start, no power.

So you have no dash lights inop starter?

Dash lights yes, odometer yes,
No other power

So dash warning lights come like check engine light etc just the starter is inop?
