Vehicle Speed Sensor

Where is the speed sensor located on my 2007 Chevy Cobalt automatic? I can not seem to locate it, and I have a suspicion that pack rats may have chewed on the wiring. Do you think you could help me with this?

Hello,

The vehicle speed sensor is located on to the transmission near the passengers side axle output. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
