I recently replaced a cracked A/C refrigerant hose on my car, I am pretty sure all the refrigerant leaked out. I know how to recharge the system but I am not sure if I should add oil charge with the refrigerant. Any advice is greatly appreciated thank you!

If you lost a hose I would put about 2ozs of oil in with the charge.

Should I add the oil and the refrigerant to the low pressure valve and does it matter which goes in first

Should I add the oil first? And does it go into the low pressure valve also?

You always charge at the low side just get a can that has oil and some charge in it to get the system start with the oil charge first.
