Yesterday I check my car and I saw the throttle body area have two water connections. Unfortunately one nipple is leaking. I go to the mechanic he told me it is not important, the hoses no need to connect to throttle body and the hoses he connect directly. But I am afraid. What is the function of the throttle body and the water connection? Please give me a reply

I believe I was told, the reason for that was to keep the throttle valve from freezing in the throttle bore? I doubt it will ever cause you a problem.

I usually try to put everything back stock, but?

My info says, original tires, Aveo LS, p185/60r14. There may be a decal with this info on your door post somewhere? So open the door/s and look for the decal. You might take a look through your owners manual.
