How to fix my emergency brakes

Need help finding out how to fix my emergency brakes on my car.I just need a picture or a location to get a diagram to assemble the emergency brake. I can't find a picture of the emergency brake it self or a diagram of it. I need help. Also the previous owner took them completely off the car so I have never seen them put on.

We don't have specific instructions for the installation of the emergency brake system, but I have included a description of the entire emergency brake system and a guide on how to adjust them which you can piece together with the diagrams what and where to system components are and how they work.
