2. If there was a broken recerculation falp assembly and corrededstepper motor and the CB replaced dynamic pressure compensator and repaired corrosion.
Here is a list of diagnostic/service activities performed for the second item.
Found air intensity very weak on high blower setting. Interrogated fault memory. No fault stored at this time. Checked A/C actuaotor flap position. All stepper motor actuators are reading as designed at this time. Removed micro filters and inspected blower and recerculation flap movement. Noticed while operating the defrost settings, the dynamic pressure compesator not moving. Removed the lower passenger cover to expose the blower motor case. Removed compesator actuator. Found at the time of inspection the compensatory shaft has broken off and not functioning. Upon further inspection, found the lower defrost flap stepper motor pins corroded. Removed the complete dashboard assembly and center console. Drained all coolant and recycled all free on from the A/C system. R&I evaporator case assembly. Replaced the spiral housing assembly. Re-installed evap case. Replaced the corrode stepper motor and performed a wite repair. Re-filled A/C etc.
