I have water pooling up on my drivers side floorboards, its only when the car is running, it is not coolant, its water, I checked, I tried running with no air on and it still pooled up, what could this be?

Since it's not coolant, it's most likely condensed water vapor from running the AC system previously, and the drain tube is plugged. Look under the hood, on the passenger side of the firewall, for a 4" long rubber hose with a 90 degree bend hanging down. Squeeze the end of that tube to open it up to see if anything comes out. If nothing comes out, squeeze the wire ring that holds it onto the spout, slide it off, then stick a pencil into the spout to see if you can dislodge anything.
