How to Adjust drive belt tension. Do I need a special tool to adjust or is it a self tentioned pully.

We don't have information for your vehicle but most likely it is equipped with auto tensioner. With engine stopped, press hard at any section of the belt and if it gives way, that would mean auto-tensioned.
