HVAC blower

I have a 2006 saturn VUE. The hvac blower quit working. I cleaned the cabin air filter and reset a relay and it worked for a while but is now totally dead. It the fan motor gone?

Direct battery voltage to the blower motor to confirm it-

You will have to test it by jumping power and ground directly to it.
