No heat while idling

I have a 2006 Saturn Relay and the heat works fine when the car is moving but when I stop the air blows cold?

Those symptoms tend to point toward a clogged heater core. You can try removing the heater hoses and flushing it with a garden hose but don't be surprised if the improvement is minimal.
