I'm including a pic for the rear seat there are two one with armrests and one with out. The latch loks to be the same. You may be able to get something on the latch like long screwdriver to get it to go to the up position. Then you may be able to move the seat covering around to take the screws out so you can replace it.
You might also follow these instructions to get eh latch off by removing seat back.
SEATBACK

1. Remove inner hinge cover.

2. Remove bolts on rear seat center bracket.

3. Remove seatback side bracket nuts and bolts from body inside panel.
