Third Brake light stays on.

Only the Third Brake light stays on when vehicle is turned off. I'm afraid the battery will drain by morning. Anyway I researched found it could be the brake switch but my tail lights turn off. Not sure if their is a fuse that maybe the problem. Any suggestions?

The switch would turn them all on. As far as a fuse, either it would work or not. It sounds like you have a short to power. In other words, a wire that always has power is supplying power to the light. That usually requires tracing wires to see where the problem is located.
