The audio/navigation screen, dash and headlights didnt turn off automatically and has drained my battery over night. I also hear a clicking noise that comes from the fuse box area. Is there something electrical that needs repaired or do I just need to replace the battery?

A pro will have to scan it to see what is wrong it sounds like the unified meter and a/c amplifier is screwing up. To stop the drain you can pull fuse 3 & 19 that may stop it but it will effect other things unless you reinstall the fuses after start up then when shut off take them out. I'd have the battery checked for condition including load test as well. Most places test batteries for free.
