P0420 is my cat bad?

Hello, I need to put two new catalytic converters on my truck? I believe the codes were P0420 and P0430. There were no other codes displayed. What could this code be referring to on a gasoline engine?

Hello,

Yes this code means your catalytic converter is weak and cannot converter the un-burnt fuel to burn fuel. Here are a couple of guides that will help you get the problem fixed.
