We have tried several times to replace the drivers side dimmer light but the new bulbs are not working. Could it be a fuse or electrical issue? Took my car to walmart to have the dimmer light replaced to no avail. They said it may be a wiring issue. My husband then bought a light bulb to replace himself but the light still wouldn't work.

When you say dimmer light, are you refering to an interior light?

That makes sense. It could be either the switch or a short in the steering column.
