I GET A DISTINCT HUMMING SOUND
2006 Nissan Altima
January, 30, 2012 AT 9:02 PM
I own a 2006 Nissan Altima. Ever since I have had this car, at speeds above 20 mph,
I get a distinct humming sound from the front end of the car. At first I thought it was the tires but I have since put new tires on and the hummming is still there.
I feel the humming also through my pedals as well but very little. Could it be bad front bearings?
I know for sure its coming from the wheels as the humming slows down as the car slows down and picks up as the speed picks up.
